Staff on bar in the early hours of the morning were lovely.
Was really disappointed. Arrived and had already paid for parking but there were no spaces. Ended up having to park right next to the barrier where the lady on reception told us too, in a tight space between barrier and wall and on the curb. (Photo down below) we were incredibly worried about this but this was our only choice. Had to pay the £20 for the parking as apparently "hadn't checked that on my list" even though I showed proof that I did. I did also think parking was free? Which is one reason why I chose this hotel. I then had to get a bank statement up to show it was myself after identifying it was me who booked. They also tried telling me I booked 2 nights and not one, even though my app confirmed it was just the one. Booked a double room, and ended up with 2 single beds which were then pushed together as this was for myself and my partner Bed wasn't comfy due to this reason. Had the room closest to the main road so very noisy even at 2am with the windows closed.

What was the highlight of Holiday Inn Express London-Swiss Cottage, an IHG hotel
Dove hand soap and Lux shampoo. It is very close to shop, underground and bus station. Breakfast was amazing (english breakfast, cereals, porridge, croissants, jam, marmalade, nutella, coffee machine, tea, juices, fruit, yogurt, muffins, etc.). Staff is very kind and room was very clean.
During the process of booking I chose 2 single beds, however, we got double bed; it was quite small and you could feel mattress waving when other person moved so we did not get good sleep.
